Role Preference Questionnaire
Please indicate at least 5 options from the list below, with 1 being your first choice. Your preference will be taken into consideration when assigning roles for camp.
Archery tag
You will be in a team of people leading the archery tag rotation. You will need to have a level of physical fitness to be on this team.
Cycling
You will be an assistant to the Lead Cycling Guide. You will need a level of physical fitness to be on this team.
Kosciusko Team
You will be in a team of people and required to do an 18km hike on 2 of the 4 days of rotations at camp. The other 2 days you will remain at camp assisting program with wide games and supervision of campers. A high level of physical fitness is required for this rotation.
Ski Mission Spotter / Prepping
You must be able to swim for this role! You will be required to sit on a boat ensuring that campers are safe when they come off the tubes. In an emergency you may be required to assist campers in the water. When you are not on the boat, you will be on shore ensuring that campers have the right size life jackets and ski gear on. You may be required to use a loud voice to supervise campers.
First Aid
You must have a basic first aid or senior first aid certificate or other medical qualification to be assigned to this role
Kids Club
You will be required to coordinate a Kids Club for the children of Summer Staff and Adult Guests, aged between 0 - 10yrs old during rotation days. The parents of the children will be present.
Prayer
You are required to send out the daily prayer points of the cabin leaders via email. And coordinate a daily meeting to pray over camp.
Shop
You will be making milkshakes, nachos and other treats, selling them to the campers and their leaders. This role is predominately an afternoon - night job.
Music
You will be playing music at club each night, as well as providing campers supervision during the day where needed.
Photography & Video
You will be required to go around to the different rotations taking photo's / video's of campers and their leaders and editing your photo's / video's ready for the day video that's played at club each night. You will be assigned to the tech team if this is your role assignment.
Tech / Sound
You are required to make the day vid's, sort out sound with the program team and other such things ... You will be assigned to the tech team if this is your role assignment.
Skills & Qualifications
